Testing for nitrates
	Test for nitrates every other day at the end of the nitrite phase and through the first 1-2 weeks of the nitrate phase of cycling.
	The nitrate level ideally should be kept at 10 ppm or less, though up to 20-25 ppm may be satisfactory.
